A devoted father and husband, Joe is survived by his wife Renee, son Anthony, sister Keli (Chris) Theroux, niece and nephew, Shawnee and Dylan Davis, mother-in-law Judi Snow, brother-in-law Bob Snow and brother-in-law Mitch (Dina) Snow. Joe’s strength and character remain our constant inspiration. He would do anything for his family, and he worked tirelessly to provide them a good life in the beautiful countryside. When he was not working, Joe could be found with his wife and son. All who knew him were deeply touched by the warmth and tenderness with which he loved them both. He was a quietly generous and thoughtful man, with a keen sense of observation and a dry humor that brought us all much laughter. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at Johnson Funeral Home, 17720 Monterey Street in Morgan Hill, followed by an open celebration of his life at 2:00 P.M. at Rosy’s at the Beach Restaurant, 17320 Monterey Street. In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations be made in Joe’s memory to the Anthony Roberts College Fund at South Valley National Bank.
