Marie Ann Penello, born October 2, 1919, in Colma, CA .passed away October 8, 2007 in Corvington, WA. She is survived by Vincent Penello, her husband of 67 years, sons and daughters-in-law; Albert and Karen Penello and Edward and Therese Penello, grandmother of Albert-John, Dara, Sean, Annmarie, Jessica and Brandon Penello, sister in law of Edna Southern, aunt of Robert, Dee and John Matteucci, Richard and Michael Rocchetta, and Richard Pera.great-aunt of Carla and Jilliann Matteucci. Beloved friend of Cecelia Tomme and Ramona Ward. She was active at the Covington Senior Center in Washington where she resided the past 3 years. Marie was active for many years with the Women in Touch in Gilroy, CA.
A visitation will be held Sunday, Oct. 14, 2007 from 4 to 7 P.M. at Habing Family Funeral Home, 129 4th St.,Gilroy, CA. A Funeral Mass will be held Monday, Oct. 15, 2007 at 11 A.M. at Holy Angels Church, 107 San Pedro Rd., Colma, CA. Entombment to follow at Olivet Memorial Park, Colma.
