Inez was the beloved wife of Louis Romero for 52 years, caring sister of Rosie Biggs, Eddie Gutierrez, and Juanita Mayer. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Gutierrez, brother Richard Gutierrez and sister Frances Blankenship.
She was a loving Mother of five children; Richard Romero and daughter in-law Thea, Robert Romero and daughter in-law Beverly, Ronda (Romero) Kulhanek and son-in-law, Mark, Russell Romero and Colleen Heffley, and Rebecca (Romero) Whittington and son-in-law Steven.
She was a cherished grandmother of fourteen grandchildren and a proud great-grandmother of nine great-grandchildren.
She was born and raised in Gilroy, CA. She graduated from Gilroy High School and then met her sweetheart, Louis, in Gilroy. They married and then in 1959 moved to the Richmond, CA area. She has since resided in El Sobrante for the past
