Paul Rovane Sr, former resident of Hollister, passed away at
Methodist North Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee on July 30, 2004. He
was 79 years of age.
Mr. Rovane was a native of St. Louis, Missouri and a veteran of
WWII while he made a career with the U.S. Navy serving from 1943
until he retired in 1964 as an E-7, Chief Petty Officer.

He was preceeded in death by his wife Marilyn A. Rovane who passed away in Holliser in 1991 and a son Tom Scott.

He is survived by his daughter-in-law Sarah Scott of Texas; sons Bill Scott (Wife Janice) of Oregon, and Paul Rovane Jr. (wife Kim) of Tennessee; daughter Susan Wittmann of Modesto; and daughter Mary Gadda (husband Louis) of San Jose. Fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchilldren survive.

Friends are invited to attend a graveside service at 2 p.m. on Wednesday August 4 at the I.O.O.F. , Hollister. Military honors will be provided by Hollister Post 9242 Veterans Of Foreign Wars.
