Sierra Clark homered and drove in five runs to lead Cabrillo College’s softball team to a 19-10 win at Gavilan on Tuesday.
The Rams closed the season on a five-game losing streak to finish 12-26 overall and 4-13 in the Coast Conference.
BASEBALL
Scott Mercer went 3-for-4 with a triple and four RBIs to power Cabrillo College’s baseball team to a 7-2 home win over Gavilan on Tuesday.
Connor Sutton finished 2-for-4 for Gavilan, and teammates D.J. Santellano and Brandt Burns each knocked in a run in the ninth inning.
The Rams, who lost for the fifth time in six games, fell to 18-17 overall and 11-12 in the Coast Conference.
