Adolfo M. Montoya died in Palo Alto on June 28th. He was born in
San Luis Potosi, Mexico and was 60 years old. He had been a
resident of Hollister for over 40 years and served in the US Army
from 1968 to 1971. He and his wife, Maria, were married in 1972 in
Hollister.

He is survived by his wife, Maria Montoya of Hollister, his children, Laura Montoya of Anaheim, Veronica Montoya of Pittsburgh, PA and Josue Montoya of Salinas, his mother, Longina Montoya of Hollister, his brother and sister, Noe Montoya of San Jose and Victoria Montoya of Hollister, his grandson, Josiah Montoya of Salinas and his niece and nephews, Gina Conway, James Conway, Oscar Ramos and Robert Montoya.

Friends can pay their respects on Tuesday, July 5, 2005 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home chapel.

Interment and graveside services will follow the funeral at Calvary Cemetery where military rites will be offered by VFW Post 9242.
