Andrea Hernandez, an extraordinary young woman, was born November 7, 1992 in Merced CA and was called home by the Lord on March 28, 2011 at age 18 from a hit and run vehicle accident.

Andrea was loved by her father Albert Hernandez Sr. and mother Anita Ramirez Bates and step-father Robert Bates.

Andrea, as a young girl, loved to dance and excelled at her Hip Hop Dance Craze Competition Team.

She really loved to spend time with her family and truly loved all of her friends. In fact, one of her greatest pleasures in life was spending time with her family and friends.

She had just graduated from the Administrative Medical Assistant Program at College of the Sequoias in Visalia, and was on her way to starting a career helping people in the nursing field.

She had just taken her ASVAB test for the Military and was about to embark on a journey across the world which she had an incredible passion for!

Andrea is survived by her brother Albert Hernandez Jr. and step-brother Justin Bates and sisters Erika Hernandez, Angela Palamino, Madelyne Hernandez, and step-sisters Stephanie Bates, Ashley Bates, and Hedi Bates. She is also survived by her grandparent Louisa Hernandez. Andrea was loved by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Andrea loved spending time with her nieces and nephews: Miriah, Faith, Madison, Gabriel, Matthew, Evelyn, Chloe-Jo, and little Albert lll. Andrea (Pelona) had great dreams and graduated from Mt. Madonna High School.

Preceded in Death: She was preceded in death by her grandparents Miguel Hernandez and Nellie Luna Uribe.

visitation Will be on Sunday, April 3, 2011, from 12 noon till 5:00 P.M. at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel. Burial Will immediately follow the Service on Monday, April 4, 2011, at Visalia District Cemetery.

A celebration of life will be held at 12 noon on Monday, April 4, 2011, at First Assembly of God 3737 W. Walnut, Visalia, CA. A wake will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Sunday, April 3, 2011, at First Assembly of God 3737 W. Walnut, Visalia, CA.

Her life was taken away much too soon and she will be dearly missed! Gone but Never Forgotten!!
