“Mando” passed away at his home in Gilroy June 11, 2008. Son of Alma Claudina Sanchez of Mexicali. Father of Armando Jr. Niebla of Fresno, J.R. Martinez, Mando Gonzalez and Victor Niebla all of Texas. Brother of Alberto Niebla of Morgan Hill, Alma Lillan, Rosalinda, Francisco, Fernando, Maricela, Alva, Blanca & Adan Niebla all from Mexicali. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was a native of Mexicali.
