Arne Christian Rasmussen – Passed, May 26, 2015

 It is with heavy hearts that the Rasmussen Family of San Martin, CA announce that we have lost our dear Arne Christian Rasmussen on May 26, 2015, after a long battle with cancer.
 Arne was born in Denmark and came to the United States at the age of 23 to live out his American dream — and that he did.
 Arne was a passionate, hardworking carpenter. He was coined with the nickname “Ornery Arne” on the job, due to his stubborn drive for perfection. He built the beautiful home he raised his family in and lived there for the rest of his life.
 Arne lived every day with strength, courage and a sense of humor. He was compassionate, trustworthy and the hardest worker one would ever know.
 Arne loved his family and friends, all animals and nature. He was quick witted, loved traveling and meeting new people; he embraced life with an open heart and mind.
 He will leave a mark on many people’s lives, be greatly missed and! forever loved.
 Arne is survived by his wife of 47 years, Eva Rasmussen, son, Jens Rasmussen, daughter-in -law, Esmeralda Rasmussen, grandson, Kai Christian, daughter, Lisa Nunes, son-in-law, Alan Nunes, and grandson, Hudson.
