Services held.
Services have been held for August C. Lavagnino, who died April 20 at the age of 91.
Wake services were offered Wednesday evening at Old Mission San Juan Bautista. Mass was offered Thursday morning at the mission, followed by burial and graveside services at San Juan District Cemetery with military rites by the Hollister and San Juan Bautista VFW Posts.
Father Ron Green officiated at all services.
Pallbearers were Jeff Gibson, Paul Caetano, Bob Frusetta, Tony Lavagnino, Jim Opie and Jack Frusetta.
Arrangements were under the direction of Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home.
