Francisco Medina is an 11th grader at San Benito High School. He
is involved in League of United Latin American Citizens, and went
to Washington, D.C., with the LULAC National Youth Leadership
Seminar. He is an officer in the MECHA Club, AVID Club, and
Ceramics Club. He is academically ranked in the top 10 percent of
his class. Francisco is well spoken, mature and organized,
according to AVID advisors. He has a positive attitude and looks
forward to going into the medical field.
AVID Scholars is a weekly feature of The Weekend Pinnacle. AVID
is a San Benito High School Club that helps to attend college after
graduation.
