victory over North Salinas Tuesday.
After being on the wrong end of a multitude of 6-1 scores this year, the Hollister High boys tennis team had to enjoy its 6-1 victory over North Salinas Tuesday.

The match at the Ridgemark Tennis Center was a makeup of an April 1 contest that was postponed because of rain.

No. 1 singles player Glen Morris put it all together for a 6-1, 6-1 win over Daniel Cutter. No. 3 singles Cameron Barker defeated Mark Pettix 6-3, 6-1. The Vikings defaulted at No. 4 singles.

Pablo Andrade and Isidro Trujillo tripped up Vinh Pham/Kenny Rimka at No. 1 doubles 6-4, 6-2. At No. 2 doubles, the Balers Mario Zaragoza and Ryan Watson took care of Matt Weinberg/Kenneth Parker 6-3, 6-2. Ryan Andrade, no relation to Pablo Andrade, and his partner Eric Davis were 6-0, 6-0 victors over Peter Song/Andrew Weinberg.

The Balers, 2-11 in the Tri-County Athletic League, host Watsonville today at Ridgemark in a non-league match before Salinas comes to Ridgemark next Tuesday.

The T-CALs are at Ridgemark TC May 2-3.
