The Anzar baseball team’s scheduled game against St. Francis of Watsonville on Wednesday was washed out due to wet weather for a second straight time.

The two teams were originally slated to meet last Friday in San Juan Bautista, but rescheduled for Wednesday when inclement weather postponed the meeting.

Anzar and St. Francis will now try to get a game in for a third time on Friday in San Juan Bautista. First pitch is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.

The Hawks’ (0-1) scheduled game on Tuesday against Greenfield has not been rescheduled after being rained out, although the two teams will meet on Thursday in Greenfield at 3:30 p.m., at which point Anzar manager Andrew Barragan believes a make-up date will be announced.
