The win bounces the Hawks back from last week’s narrow 8-5 loss to Mission College Prep in San Luis Obispo, although it keeps the San Juan Bautista high school undefeated in CAL play.

Anzar is now 9-0 in league play, 12-8 overall.

Details of Tuesday’s game were not reported at press time.

The Hawks are back in action on Friday afternoon when it will travel to Marina to take on the Mariners. First pitch is 4 p.m.
