The San Benito boys basketball team stayed one game behind Tri-County Athletic League leader Palma on Wednesday night, defeating Alisal 63-23.
The Balers dominated the game from the beginning, leaping out to a 18-6 lead after the first quarter.
The Balers scored double digit points in each of the game’s four quarters, to race out to the large win.
Jordan Belton led the way with a game-high 18 points. Hyram Miskin and RJ Collins each added seven points in the victory.
The Balers host Salinas at 7 p.m. Friday in the season’s final home game. Before the game, San Benito will celebrate Senior Night.
