I am an eighth grader at Rancho San Justo Middle School. I am concerned about the issues regarding the budget. I do not think the community is getting accurate information from the school district. I have noticed that your paper does not cover local school board meetings. I believe that it is important for the community to know what goes on in these meetings. I have heard that a few years ago, the Free Lance had a regular column reporting on the school board meetings. I would like to encourage you to revive this regular column and report the proceedings from the school board meetings to the community.
