Daniel N. Stull passed away in Hollister at the age of 43. He was born in Hollister and lived here all of his life. He married his wife, Anne, in 1984 in Hollister and was a member of Sacred Heart/St. Benedict’s Catholic Church. He graduated from Gavilan College Aviation Program and coached Hollister Heat Girl’s Softball. He was an aviation mechanic for 16 years and had worked for John Weatherly.

He is survived by his wife, Anne Stull of Hollister, his daughters, Alison Stull and Natalie Stull both of Hollister, his parents, Ruth and Gary Hackney of Hollister, his brothers and sisters, David Stull of Monterey, Denise Silva of Sonora, Brian Hackney of Sausalito, Page Hackney of San Jose and Jeanie Reade of Thousand Oaks. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and is preceded in death by his sister, Keri Hackney Buss.

Donations are preferred to Hollister Heat Girl’s Softball.

A celebration of his life will be on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008 at 5:00 P.M. at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home. A time of sharing by his friends and family will be at 6:00 P.M. as a part of the celebration.

Cremation will be followed by private family inurnment.
