David is survived by his wife Maxine, children Cindy, David, Timothy, and Michael, grandfather of six and great-grandfather of five, preceded in death by son Ricky.

Graveside services 11:00 A.M. Tuesday March 8, 2011, at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park, Gilroy.
