On December 26th, 2010, an Angel was called home to God.
Dawne Marie Davis passed away after a brief illness. She was 47 years old and lived in Sacramento County.
In her short life, Dawne accomplished many things, all while making people around her laugh. She had an amazing voice and sang lead in her high school’s production of “The Carousel” in front of over 300 people at Live Oak High.
After finishing High School at Live Oak High in Morgan Hill, she went to work for Nob Hill Foods, which she loved.
Dawne was amazing with people, always helpful and very kind. Dawne went on to work for her parents in Marin County at their grocery store and made many friends there.
Dawne is preceded in death by her brother Scott. Not only were they close in age, just 16 months apart, but they were always very close. They could have been twins by their similarities. They both had a mischievous sense of humor, infectious laugh and a great love for all who touched their lives. Scott passed away June 25th, 2010, and we lost Dawne exactly 6 months and 1 day after.
When we lost Scott, Dawne took it very hard, as we all did. Now, they are together in Heaven in Gods hands, without pain.
Dawne will be greatly missed. A big piece of all our hearts will never heal.
Dawne is survived by her loving parents Joan and Ron Davis; older brother Ron Davis, younger sisters; Robin MacDonald and Kerry Davis; nieces Erica Shield and Meghan MacDonald and nephew Ryan Davis; Matt and Christian McCool, Godmother Jean Dixon; boyfriend Peter Guenther, as well as Sierra, Jen and Micheal Guenther and Tyler Eberle. Dawne is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
