Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is set to open at 11 a.m. Thursday at the new Hollister location on McCray Street.
The new owners of the “fast casual” restaurant location announced a “three-day party” starting Thursday to celebrate the opening at 551 McCray St.
“We’re very excited to meet the community at out three-day kick-off party,” said owner Dawn Toff, who owns and operates this location with her husband Ron Toff, in a press release. “We know the whole community will fall in love with our slow-smoked barbecue and home-style sides.”
According to the announcement, the following are details for the three-day celebration:
Thursday, August 15: The first 50 customers will receive a Dickey’s gift card fully loaded with up to $50. The next 100 customers will receive a voucher for a free meal plate with the purchase of a drink.
Friday, August 16: The party continues with free Dickey’s Barbecue giveaways. The first 100 customers will receive a free Big Yellow Cup of Miss Ollie’s Tea and Dickey’s merchandise.
Saturday, August 17: Join 92.7 KTOM for $2 Pulled Pork Big Barbecue sandwiches from noon to 2 p.m. Dickey’s will hold a drawing for free barbecue for an entire year. Three winners will be chosen and one lucky guest will win a $500 gift card to Dickey’s.
