Emilio, of Gilroy, entered into rest at Stanford Hospital on October 30, 2006, at the age of 25. He was a heart transplant patient of 13-1/2 months.

Milo is preceded in death by his late mother, Linda Chavira Moncayo; his grandparents, Ramon and Maryann Moncayo, and Manuel and Marie Ponce-Chavira. He is survived by his father, Emmett (Dina) Moncayo; sisters; Linda (Rick) Torres, Yvonne (Ernie) Silvas, Frances Wiggins and Leticia (Sergio) Ramos, nieces and nephews; Ricky, Stephen and Regina Torres, Danny Calderon-Silvas, Joseph Wiggins, Ariana Ramos and, especially, brother-at-heart, Ricky Allen. Milo also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Emilio graduated from Live Oak High School in 1999 and went on to sales/retail before becoming ill in March of 2005. He enjoyed dancing, family gatherings and just hanging with his friends. He will be deeply missed by everyone. We miss you, Bro!

A visitation will take place on Monday, November 6, 2006, from 5-8 pm with a Vigil Service to commence at 7:00 pm, both at Johnson Funeral Home, 17720 Monterey Road in Morgan Hill. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at 10:00 am at St. Catherine Parish, 17400 Peak Avenue in Morgan Hill. Interment to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Donations are welcomed and appreciated.
