Ermelinda Leal
Ermelinda Leal died Monday evening, April 26 in Horta, Faial Azores, the islands near Portugal. She was a native of Pico, Azores and was 74 years old.
She is survived by her sister, Maria Vais and husband, Fernando, of Hollister, her only niece, Katherine Vais-Bedolla and husband, Charlie, of Hollister. She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Isaltina Leal, of San Jose.
She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Maria and Leal, and brother Anario Leal.
Services were held in Horta, Faial on April 27, 2004.
A Mass intention will be offered May 17, 2004 at 8 a.m. and June 26, 2004 at 5 p.m. at the Mission San Juan Bautista.
