Eugene J. Bisceglia, age 90 years, passed away Thursday at Mabie Skilled Nursing Center. Mr. Bisceglia was born in San Jose, but lived in San Benito County all his life. He was a self employed construction laborer and farmer. His memberships included Sacred Heart Church and the Laborers Union of San Jose. Eugene was the husband of the late Katie Bisceglia. He is survived by his children: Joseph Bisceglia, Frankie Bisceglia, Margie LeGrand, Peter Bisceglia, and Mary Casarez, all of Hollister; Nancy Bravo of Sunnyvale, Dolores Bravo of Fresno, Leonore Andrade of Shasta Lake; Lavina Calamo of MA; Eugene “Butch” Bisceglia of WA; and Larry Bisceglia of TX; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday June 11th from 12 noon until 7:00 P.M. at the Grunnagle Ament Nelson Funeral Home. Family and friends will leave the mortuary Tuesday morning at 9:30 A.M. for a Mass Of The Resurrection beginning at 10:00 A.M. at Immaculate Conception Church, 7290 Airline Hwy, Tres Pinos. Interment, Calvary Cemetery.
Memorials are preferred to the Patient Recreational Fund at Mabie Skilled Nursing Center c/o the mortuary.
