Everett L. Wilson September 21, 1940 – July 8, 2014

A Memorial Service to celebrate Ev’s life will be held Aug. 9, 2014, at 2:00 P.M., at the Los Gatos Presbyterian Church with a reception following the service.
 Everett L. Wilson passed away unexpectedly on July 8, 2014, in San Jose, CA. He was born on September 21, 1940, in Wichita, KA.
 Everett (Ev) graduated from San Benito High School in 1958, attended San Benito Junior College, Illinois Tech, and San Jose State University earning a Chemistry BS degree in 1963.
 In 1962, Ev married Janet Lamb. He retired from the City of San Jose as an Environmental Services Specialist in 2007.
 Ev is survived by his wife Jan Wilson; daughter Kim Egger and her children Ally and Khylie; daughter Jennifer Penick (Tim) and their children Kyle, Ashlyn, Erin, Christopher, and Lauren: brothers Melvin (Nathan), Loren (Susan), and Darrell (Gloria) Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
 Ev was preceded in death by his parents Lee and Levina Wilson and brother Claude Wilson.
 Ev will be remembered by his family and friends as an ethical, honorable, and compassionate man.
