A proud Navy veteran, Fran’s life was filled with the joy of raising her children and enjoying their friendship as adults, supporting the ministry of St. Catherine parish from 1951-1979, and St.Patrick’s in Murphys since then.
She enjoyed traveling especially to her Italian roots, cooking for friends and family, hunting and fishing with her husband Jack, working with children in the Morgan Hill Schools and socializing with friends. She will be greatly missed and forever the heart of happy memories in the Yinger family.
Frances is preceded in death by Jack Yinger, her husband of 46 years. Frances is survived by the six children to whom she was unceasingly devoted: John A. Yinger (Diane) of Straffford, Missouri, James F. Yinger (Joanne) of Morgan Hill, CA, David Yinger (Sue Kitt) of Pine Grove. CA, Patricia Yinger- Herbner (John, deceased) of Gilroy, CA, Leanne Yinger of Pittsfield Mass., Jo Ann Lienti (John)! of Myrtle Point, OR and sister Louise Collins of Elsworth, ME.
Fran was the loving grandmother of 15, Jacob Yinger, Meigen Yinger, Adam Yinger, Marc Yinger, Katherine Shores, Amy Boldt, Ian Teresi (Nancy), Kris Teresi (Aimee), Joseph Teresi (Katie), Patrick Tool, Kristen Tool, Hannah Tool, Holly Frye (Chris), Jenni Pemberton (Dusty), Andrew Lienti (Miriam), and great-grandmother to eleven beautiful children.
Memorial celebration of Fran’s life will be held on Wednesday August 1, 2012, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Catherine’s Parish in Morgan Hill.
