 at the age of 47 in San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico.
Frank Norris Smith died last Wednesday, Jan. 5 at the age of 47 in San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico.

He was born in Phoenix, Arizona, and resided in Hollister for the past 4 years. Frank was a graduate of Arizona State with a degree in Business Administration and had served in the U.S. Army. He had been a sales representative for New Century Mortgage Co. and had received the “Top 3” award over many sales persons. Frank was an avid sports fan of basketball and football having played both in highschool and college. He also was an avid bike rider (pedal). 

As said by his wife, Leslie, “Frank was a kind, giving, beautiful soul and will be greatly missed by all.”

He is survived by his wife Leslie Humphries Smith of Hollister; his son, Chad Smith of Scottsdale, Arizona; grandson, Julian Smith also of Scottsdale. He was the son of Jeanne Smith of Phoenix, Ariz.; brother of Joyce Berteaux and family of San Diego, Sherril Hain and family of Southern California and Suzanne Dommin and family of Phoenix.

A memorial service will be offered Thursday evening at 7pm in the chapel of Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home followed by Private Inurnment. 

Contributions are preferred to the American Heart Assn. or the American Lung Assn.
