Police arrested two men and a juvenile Thursday night in connection with a burglary at Cielito Lindo Restaurant, police said.
About 11:30 p.m., police responding to a burglary in progress found a front window broken and were told by a witness that suspects were still in the business.
As officers prepared to enter the business with the use of a police dog, a 17-year-old juvenile suspect exited the building, police said. The teen, whose name is withheld because he is a minor, was immediately arrested.
While officers were in the process of arresting the juvenile, an additional suspect, identified as Uriel Estrada, was seen hiding in the business. Estrada was directed to exit and was taken into custody.
A third suspect, identified as Jared Lee DiSalvo fled from the rear of the unit. Units to the rear of the business chased DiSalvo and arrested him near Martin Street.
All three suspects were found in possession of property from the business, police said.
The juvenile was booked into Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall. Estrada and DiSalvo were booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail. All were arrested on suspicion of burglary, theft with priors and conspiracy, DiSalvo was additionally charged with violation of delaying and resisting a peace officer.
