Haroldene (Dena) Mae Lager, beloved mother and grandmother passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 2nd, 2007 in Gilroy, California at the age of 78. Haroldene was born in Denver, Colorado, but considered Steamboat Springs her true home.

Haroldene is survived by her ex-husband and friend Robert Lager of Overgaard Arizona, her son Bob Lager and wife Kelli of Trophy Club, Texas, her daughter Judith Peck of Gilroy California, her daughter Robin and son-in-law Tom Bohn of Gilroy California, her grandchildren, Heather and husband John Poston of Santa Clara, California, Melissa and husband Jason Ferreira of Sparks, Nevada, Aaron Bohn of Portland, Oregon, Scott Lager and wife Lori of Albuquerque, NM, her great-grandchildren, Brianna, Kyle, Aryanna, Angelica, Lorena, Nikolas, Bo, Demi, and Sha’. Haroldene was preceded in death by her daughter Cynthia Ann.

Haroldene was a loving, caring mother and grandmother. She adored her family and the family dogs Savannah and Chloe.

Haroldene’s life was like a grand novel, it was cherished, loved and enjoyed through every chapter. She truly touched many hearts and was loved by all. She will be deeply missed.
