Approximately 700 players from 10 different area high schools came out last weekend for the Hollister Team First Football Camp. The camp, in its fourth year, was held at San Benito High School and run by SBHS Head Coach Chris Cameron and his coaching staff.

Among other things, the camp gives coaches an idea on where their team stands.

“We found out about our strengths and weaknesses,” said Cameron of his Haybalers. “But it gives us a good starting point for when we start our double sessions in August.”

The Haybalers will begin practice on Aug. 6.
