Vanessa Ball, a 1999 graduate of Calvary Christian School in Hollister, graduated cum laude from Bob Jones University in Greenville, S.C.
Ball, the daughter of Pastor and Mrs. Larry Ball of Hollister, earned a bachelor’s degree in music while majoring in piano pedagogy. On April 19 she completed her senior piano recital, which featured works by Liszt, Clementi, Dohnanyi and Debussy.
Ball was vice president of her literary society in college and was an officer on the Inter-Society Council. She plans to teach piano in South Carolina after her wedding this summer.
