Inez Ehrich passed away at her home in Hollister at the age of 93. She was born in St. Louis, MO.
She is survived by her son, Martin Ehrich (Jeanette) of Gilroy and grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Inez was preceded in death by her son, Jerome William “Jere” Ehrich, granddaughter Laura Ehrich, former husband, William C. Ehrich, sister and brother-in-law, Irene and Buzz Hart, and parents, Jerome and Clara Cullen.
She will be missed by Jere’s dog, Misty. She worked for San Benito County, Cadematori’s, and for various doctors and dentists. Inez is thankful for her wonderful caregivers, Home Health Nurses and especially Dr. Carota.
She will be adorably missed by those who love her and remembered fondly. Inez was a member of the Birthday Club, Women’s Club of Hollister, Past Member of Eastern Star, Woman in Touch, and a volunteer at Hazel Hawkins Hospital and Thrift Shop for many years.
Per her request, no services will be held. Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home and Gavilan Hills Crematory 363 7th St. Hollister, CA. 95023 will be handling the cremation.
Burial will be at Chapel of the Chimes, Oakland, CA. Donations can be made to: Hazel Hawkins Hospital Foundation c/o the funeral home.
