Irene Cullen Hart died Thursday, July 10, at Hazel Hawkins Northside Convalescent Hospital. She was 92.
A native of St. Louis, Mo., Hart came to Hollister more than 70 years ago and worked with her late husband Francis “Buzz” Hart in the construction business for many years. Hart was also a past member of Business and Professional Women and had lived in San Luis Obispo before coming to Hollister.
She is survived by her sister Inez Ehrich of Hollister and two nephews, Jerome Ehrich of Hollister and Martin C. Ehrich of Gilroy.
Hart was preceded in death by her husband Francis Hart, who died in 2001.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the IOOF Cemetery. The Rev. Lawrence Fenton of Heartland Hospice will officiate.
Arrangements are through the Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home.
Donations are preferred to the hospice in care of the funeral home.
