Born in Hamilton, OH. Son of James and Janie Frost.

He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Survived by his wife of 65 years Ruth, sons Kenneth and Rick (Bernie), daughters Kathy (Mike) Collins and Janie (Andy) Cecena, six grandchildren, Kenneth Jr., Kristi, Brian, Tiffany, Andrew and Amber, and seven great-grandchildren and sister Marjorie Lewis.

No services will be held per his request.
