Jennie Keefer peacefully left our world the morning of Thursday May 7, 2004 after bravely succumbing to cancer.

She was born Jennie Bravo on June 26, 1930 in Farmerville, Calif. and raised in Hollister by her parents, Robert Bravo and Pauline Quiroz. Before devoting her life to raising a family, Jennie was a professional singer, enchanting audiences in Hollister, San Francisco and Mexico City. She will always be the ever-loving mother of Randy Rimple and Paul Rimple and adored sister of Raymond Bravo. Her spirit will continue to inspire the lives of both beloved family members and her multitude of dear friends, all so proud to have loved and been loved by her.

Services will be held Monday, May 17 at 2 p.m. at Sacred Heart Church on Fifth Street and College Road in Hollister. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Hospice Care, 6851 Soquel Dr. Aptos, Calif. 95003.
