Long-time county resident Jessica H. Keenan died unexpectedly Wednesday, April 23, 2003 at Hazel Hawkins Northside Convalescent Hospital. She was 90.
Mrs. Keenan was born in New Idria. She attended local schools and was a homemaker for most of her life. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Ridgemark Golf & Country Club and the Bolado Park Golf Club.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Patrick Keenan and Carol Ann Boroski of Sacramento; her sister, Carmen Valdez of Hollister; her brother, Julius Nunez of Hollister; two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Patrick Keenan.
Per Mrs. Keenan’s wishes, no services will be held. Arrangements for cremation are under the direction of Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Funeral Home and Crematory. Inurnment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
