Joe (Jo Jo) Medina passed away Nov. 20, 2006. He is survived by his son Isaiah Medina, stepson Elijah Chavaria, and girlfriend Troylynn Chavaria; son of Maria Medina & the late Jose Medina; brother of Gloria and Tomas Bustamante, Isabel and Frank Yepiz, Alfredo Medina, Stella and Jose Hernandez, Mary Martinez, Rachel and Louis Garcia, Oscar Medina, K.C. Adams and Irene Greer; 22 nieces and nephews and 36 great-nieces and nephews.
Joe graduated from San Jose Barber College working with his father at Westwood Barber, where he served the Gilroy community for twenty years. He will be greatly missed and we will never forget his big smile.
A visitation will begin 1 pm Sunday with Vigil services at 4 pm at Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy. Funeral Mass at 10 am on Monday at St. Mary Catholic Church with burial following at St. Mary Cemetery.
