John Arden Briese November 20, 1940 – April 7, 2014

A Memorial Service will be held April 19 at 1:00 P.M., at Advent Lutheran Church, Morgan Hill. In place of flowers, you may donate to the John Briese Memorial Fund at Advent Lutheran Church.
 John Briese passed away April 7, 2014, surrounded by loving family and friends. John was born November 20, 1940 in Buffalo Lake, MN.
 After graduating from the University of MN he married his wife of 49 years, JoAnn.
 He worked for GE and lived in San Jose until 1988 when the family moved to Morgan Hill. After retiring from GE John was busy doing volunteer work and very active in Advent Lutheran Church.
 He is survived by his wife, JoAnn, sons Jeff and Christopher and a daughter, Emily Carr, and three grandchildren, Hunter, Jacob and Myla Joy. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
