Funeral services have been held for John L. Starbody, who died Thursday, Oct. 16 at the age of 82.

The Rosary was Sunday, Oct. 19 at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home. Susanne Peloquin officiated.

The Mass was Monday, Oct. 20 at Sacred Heart Church with Rev. Rudy Ruiz as the celebrant with music provided by the Sacred Heart Church Choir.

Interment and military rites followed the Mass at Calvary Cemetery with military honors provided by VFW Post 9242.

The pallbearers were Bryan Rodriguez, Ron Tomasini, Fred Soares, Mitch Thomas, Jim Bentley and Joe Bentley.
