Joe Campa passed away on September 5, 2011, in Bakersfield. He was born in Salinas and lived in Gilroy for most of his life.
Joe was predeceased by his parents, Jesus and Maria Luisa Campa, his brothers Amado and Gilbert Campa, and his sister Ramona Salas. He is survived by his two children, Joseph Campa, Jr. and Natalie Suniga (James), ex-wife Esther Garcia, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, siblings Dolores Hollis, Jessie Gonzalez, Connie Ward, Esther Baltazar, Lupe Lira, George Campa and many nieces and nephews. Services will be held at St. Mary’s Church at 11:00 A.M. Friday, September 16, 2011.
