Judy passed away peacefully on Sunday at Saint Louise Hospital, surrounded by her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

Judy was born in San Jose, CA, and attended San Jose High School and San Jose City College. Judy loved working at IBM, where she retired after 20 years of service. After retirement, Judy opened a bridal boutique. She lived most of her life in California near her family and friends, and also in Spokane, WA.

Judy had a love for fishing, and enjoyed fishing with her children and spending the summer at her lake cabin. She was a member of the IFDES Portuguese Hall in Gilroy where she enjoyed participating in many events and festivities. Judy loved to cook for her family and friends.

Judy was married to Leonard Ramos for 26 years and is survived by devoted children, Joe Rocca, Kathy Salvador and husband Fernando, Jim Ramos, Roseanne Oty and husband Mark. Grandchildren; Timothy Rocca, Jamie Chambers, Brianda and Alex Salvador, Cayla and Madison Oty. She is also, survived by loving brothers Victor, Henry, Robert and Carl Espinosa, devoted sister Esther Gailey, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Saturday, March 12, 2011, at 10:00 A.M. followed by a memorial service at 11:00 A.M. at Johnson Funeral Home, 17720 Monterey Street in Morgan Hill, California. 408-779-8456.
