Julia Rockwell passed away December 29, 2006, in Austin, Texas. She was 86 years old.
She is the mother of Barry and his wife Michelle Rockwell of Folsom, CA and Brian and his wife Laura Rockwell of Round Rock, TX; grandmother of Justin, Megan, Chad, Ty and Kyla Rockwell; she is also survived by her sister Betty Zag of Columbus, Ohio and many nieces and nephew. She was preceded in death by her husband George Rockwell. Mrs. Rockwell lived in Gilroy from 1962 to 1996. She was a member of St. Mary’s Church and the C.L.A.S. She worked at Marx Chevrolet for 20 years.
Funeral Mass will be 12:00 Noon, Saturday, January 13, 2007, at Our Lady’s Chapel, St. Mary’s Church. Entombment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Gilroy.
