A former Gilroy resident, Kathleen passed away in Tulsa, OK. ?She was born in Kansas City, MO, and she moved to California in the mid 1940’s. She then lived in Oregon and Missouri before returning to Gilroy in 1993. She moved to Bartlesville, OK in 2000.
Kathleen spent many of her adult years caring for her family and most of all loving all the children, especially the babies.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and four sisters, one of them Jean Yago of Gilroy. She is survived by nieces; Margo O’Neill (Tom) of Los Gatos, CA, Maureen “Reenie” Daniel (Ron) of Collinsville, OK and Conway, AR, Narcy Dishon (Albert) of Roseville, CA, nephews Michael Yago (Tracy) of Tucson, AZ, Frank Yago (Melissa) of Stockton, CA and Eddie Yago (Denise) of El Dorado Hills, CA and Marty Fletscher (Pam) of Scotts Valley, CA. She has 21 great nieces and nephews, 20 great-great nieces and nephews and 2 great-great-great nieces.
Internment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Morgan Hill, CA with a graveside service to be held on Friday, June 20.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your local Alzheimer’s Association.
