I agree with your editorial on the Earthjustice’s appeal. Judge Yonts made the right decision in leaving the Measure G outcome to the electorate of San Benito County. We don’t need the involvement of a Sierra Club based activist group to decide what is best for our county. We the people who live here can decided for ourselves by our vote in March on Measure G.
