Letter: Questioning the county’s General Plan

The first sentence of the Land Use Element of the San Benito County General Plan Draft states:  “San Benito County has land use regulatory authority over all unincorporated land in the county…”
The definition of Fascisms includes “private economic enterprise under centralized government control.”
