Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to the people of the community. Do not forget to help out the unfortunate and especially the children, with a donated toy or food to the food bank . I donate every year to help make a difference. I hope you all do as well. Thank you.
What’s the insight on the four major people that have left the city? The City Manager Clint, Lawyer Stephanie, Finance Administrator Robert, and the engineer Rudi, all within one year. What is the particular case with these situations? Why did they have to leave? The city is crippling themselves. There is a reason, but no one is saying anything. They won’t answer the questions.
Also if I was in charge, I will alert the people and give them reason and answer to why I am doing what I am doing. I will not hurt as a person; Even though I am disabled, people judge me and think I cannot handle this job. I know I can handle this job and position as mayor. I know all the factors and there is a lot of resources in this city, and what I obtained and researched there is more than enough to get the job done. There’s a lot of business people here, and offices. We have to make that move and join with them to improve our city.
When they decided to do the water treatment plant, they should have put it on the ballot for the people to vote. People need to be aware and have a voice in the city they live in and spend their tax dollars in. The people cannot afford it.  Now we have higher water prices due to the fact that, they didn’t wait until November – they jumped the gun. When I talked with an official on the phone at the county water district, he said “they cheated themselves out of the contract”. Sunnyslope and San Benito County Water District company, they’re going to sell water once the treatment plant is built. They did not put in the contract that they could use as much water as they needed. Now when they need some, they have to pay for it. I don’t know who was doing that kind of deal. My expertise is in contracts, grants, blueprints, preparation and planning. Anything that deals with business and construction.
They need to educate themselves. The power to learn.  Instead of hurting the people you need to educate them. People are not rich, people do not have money to spare and it is a struggle every day.
We have to achieve our goals for the city’s future! I just want the voters to know, I do not need to hide anything from anyone. You can look me up and write to me as well. Keithsnow@ymail. Any questions you may have. This is not a joke, it is a lesson. Let’s do a workshop, just like I mentioned in the meeting. Let’s educate the people teach them professionalism. Thank you sincerely, Keith Snow
