I think there are great ideas here (Free Lance editorial “Mature Rally needs to address drinking and money”) about to avoid drunk driving. Maybe MADD can assist in rounding up volunteers to aid in finding designated drivers for those who drink too much. My brother was Richard Flores, the motorcyclist killed on Highway 156.
