Services held
Funeral services have been held for Manuel S. Duarte, who died Nov. 21 at the age of 60.
The Rosary was recited Sunday evening at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home, officiated by Epifania Galindo of Sacred Heart Church.
Mass was celebrated Monday morning at Old Mission San Juan Bautista. The Rev. Ed Fitz-Henry was the celebrant with music by Lupe Castaneda.
Interment followed at San Juan District Cemetery. Pallbearers were Cesar Aguilera, Silvestre Rodriguez, Alvaro Torres and Pete, Lupe and Raymond Duarte.
