Gilroy.
Maria Ledezma Guerrero passed away March 16 at her home in Gilroy.
She was preceded in death by her husband Loreto and son Pablo.
She is survived by her children Richard Guerrero of Porterville, Larry Guerrero of Buckeye, Ariz., Santos Gamez of Porterville, Josephine Cantu of Gilroy, Jose Guerrero of Hollister, Eva Alvarez of Corcoran, Simona Arizpe of Watsonville, Rosa Clarin of Freedom, Susan Santos of Hanford, and Rachel Sotelo of Lodi; her sister Maria Cristina Ledezma Miranda of Monterrey, Mexico; 45 grandchildren; 78 great-grandchildren; and 21 great-great grandchildren.
She enjoyed cooking, especially for her large family and spending time with them.
Visitation will begin at 1pm Friday, March 18 at the Habing Family Funeral Home in Gilroy. A Vigil will be recited at 6pm. Funeral Services will begin at 11am on Saturday, March 19 at the funeral home, proceeding to St. Mary’s Church in Gilroy for Mass at noon. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Gilroy.
