Marjorie passed away peacefully in Sveadal at the age of 96.

Marjorie and Emil had purchased their Sveadal home in 1944, 67 years ago, and moved there permanently 36 years ago after Emil retired.

Born in Alameda, she lived most of her life in San Francisco. She was very active in most every facet of Sveadal and known for the beautiful Rose Garden she created amongst many other things.

In Morgan Hill, she had wonderful friends in several Bridge Groups that she thoroughly enjoyed.

She is survived by her older sister Alice Gray and her three daughters: Karen Parks and her husband Mike Parks of Morgan Hill, Marilyn Anderson of Mill Valley, CA, Greta Anderson of Fair Oaks, CA; her grandchildren, Kevin Parks of Capitola, CA, Brian Parks and his wife Erin Parks of Morgan Hill, CA, Karly Anderon-Pryor of Mill Valley, CA; her great-grandchildren Will and Lila Parks, children of Brian and Erin Parks.

She loved her family dearly and we, her. She will be greatly missed.

The family requests any donations to be made to The Sveadal Memorial Fund, 123 Bloomfield Rd., Burlingame, CA 94010.
