Gilroy resident Mary Lorraine Teves died Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2003 at Stanford Medical Center. She was 58.
Mrs. Teves was born in San Jose and moved to Gilroy as a child. She graduated from Gilroy High School and enjoyed country music, dancing, cooking and sewing.
She is survived by her children and their spouses, Jerome and Michelle Rabena of Morgan Hill, Johanna and Junior Huerta of Gilroy, Thomas and Sandy Rabena of Madera and Rose Toscano of Gilroy; her brother, Thomas David Teves of Oakland; seven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A vigil service will be held Sunday, Feb. 2 at 5 p.m. at Habing Family Funeral Home in Gilroy. Funeral services will begin Monday at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home, proceeding to St. Mary Catholic Church in Gilroy for a Mass at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery.
